2021 marks the 3rd year of the olukai lowcountry boil paddle battle!
the event is held at hudsons seafood house on the docks, on skull creek, hilton head island, south carolina
the event is open to all ages
there are several events in the race to choose from:
Long Course- Approx. 8 miles
Short Course- 3.5 miles
Kid's and Fun Adult race- short (Adult 1 mile) **No Race jersey or lunch included. Lunch can be purchased**
**PFDs required. Leashes suggested (will be mandatory if winds pick up). Hydration packs suggested. There are sharp oysters where we are paddling. We will make every effort to keep paddlers away from shallow areas. It is not a bad idea to wear water shoes for added protection**
Trophies- top 3 men and women in each division with more than 5 competitors.

The mission of The Outside Foundation is to get kids outside and protect and preserve the local eco-system. The Foundation executes on this mission through their Kids in Kayaks Program, ORRBI Oyster Recycling Program along with ongoing trash pick-ups and community action initiatives.
